1. Purpose and Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the pre-registration (pre-launch reservation) service for the mobile game MATCH SLAYER (the "Game"), provided by IDEASAM (the "Company"). By using the pre-registration page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the pre-registration service.
2. Pre-Registration Service
Pre-registration lets you submit your email to receive launch news and benefits. It does not guarantee the Game's release, any specific feature, or any benefit, and the launch schedule or content may change or be canceled.
3. Email Confirmation
A confirmation link may be sent to the email you provide; your pre-registration is completed when you click the link. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.
4. Intellectual Property
All content of the Game and this page (characters, images, sounds, text, logos, etc.) and related intellectual property rights belong to the Company or its rightful licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without the Company's prior consent.
5. Withdrawal
You may withdraw your pre-registration (unsubscribe / deletion) at any time by contacting support@ideasam.net.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from your use of the pre-registration service. However, liability for the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, is not limited.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Company may change these Terms when necessary and will post any changes on this page.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be resolved through consultation; if unresolved, the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.
